SignatureGen.ai provides browser-based and AI-assisted signature creation tools. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use https://signaturegen.ai/, why it is processed, which service providers may receive it, how long it is retained, and the choices available to you.
SignatureGen.ai is operated by an independent developer based in China ("we," "us," or "our"). For purposes of applicable privacy laws, we are the controller or personal information processor responsible for the information described in this Policy.

If you sign in, we may process your email address, display name, profile image, authentication provider, account identifier, sign-in time, IP address, and referral or attribution information. Google and GitHub may also process information when you choose their sign-in services.
Data handling depends on the feature you use:
Premium AI inputs may be sent to a content-moderation provider and an AI generation provider. Depending on the selected feature and current service configuration, these providers may include Creem, Replicate, and OpenAI or an OpenAI-compatible provider.
Payments are processed through third-party checkout providers. Creem is the primary checkout provider currently used by the Service; Stripe functionality may also be made available.
We do not receive or store your full payment card number or card security code. We may retain information needed to manage a purchase, including your account email, order number, product, amount, currency, payment status, checkout or transaction identifiers, and payment-provider response details.
We may process IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, campaign attribution, cookie or similar identifiers, and interactions with the Service. Depending on which production features are enabled, analytics and advertising providers may include Plausible, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Google AdSense.

We do not make generated signatures publicly listed by default. Stored images may be delivered through an object-storage or content-delivery URL so they can be displayed and downloaded. You should not share a saved-image URL with anyone you do not want to access it.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:
Deletion from backups and caches may take additional time. We may retain information when necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or enforce agreements.
The Service may use essential cookies for authentication, session state, language or interface preferences, and security. Analytics or advertising technologies may also be used when enabled. Browser controls and, where available, consent controls can be used to manage non-essential cookies.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or a copy of your personal information, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing.
You can delete individual saved signatures from My Signatures. For account-level privacy requests, contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some records may be retained where permitted or required by law.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No online service or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so you should avoid entering confidential information that is not necessary to create your signature.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A higher minimum age may apply in some locations. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service or applicable requirements change. We will post the updated Policy on this page and revise the Effective Date. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
