1. Generate a Signature Image
Visit: https://signaturegen.ai/ and use AI to design a signature, or handwrite one yourself. Download it in transparent PNG format.
2. Insert the Image
Open your Word document. At the desired location, click on "Insert Picture" as shown below:

3. Resize the Signature
After inserting the image, resize it to your preferred dimensions as illustrated:

4. Adjust Image Position
To make the signature blend better with the document, click on the image, select "Wrap Text", and then choose "Float Over Text". This allows you to freely drag the signature.

5. Final Result
Drag the signature image to the desired position. As shown below, you’ll achieve a satisfactory result.
